General Terms

2.3 KYC Verification

ach365 may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. This process may require the user to provide a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and login details. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the ach365 support team immediately.

Never share your password with any third party. ach365 staff will never ask for your password.
  • Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
  • The user is solely responsible for all activities that take place on their account.
  • Allowing anyone else to use your account or transferring your account is prohibited.

ach365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of a security breach. After investigation, the account will either be restored or may be permanently closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into ach365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per method)  |  Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800  |  Withdrawal Time: 5-30 minutes
  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — transactions below this amount are not accepted.
  • When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name and number.
  • Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
  • The deposit process is generally instant — contact support in case of any technical issues.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
  • Funds from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
  • ach365 may suspend and review a withdrawal in the case of suspicious transactions.
  • Withdrawals will always be processed in the same currency as the deposit (Bangladeshi Taka).

Bonuses and Promotions

ach365 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each bonus offer is provided under specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After their first deposit on ach365, a player will receive a 100% welcome bonus — up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus (total balance ৳2,000); depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 (total balance ৳26,000).

Welcome Bonus Terms: Wagering requirement is 20x (twenty times). The requirement must be met within the specified time after bonus activation.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement — that amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times).
  • Each promotion can only be used once individually — combining multiple bonuses at the same time is not possible unless specifically stated.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
  • ach365 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The ach365 VIP program has 5 tiers — each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity and participation on the platform. The benefits and terms of each tier may change from time to time.

Gaming Rules

The ach365 platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting.

6.1 Fair Play

ach365 is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No form of manipulation or system tampering is acceptable.

6.2 Betting Limits

  • The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed in the game interface.
  • When playing in bonus mode, the specified maximum bet limit must be observed.

6.3 Technical Issues

10.2 Closed by the User

Limitation of Liability

ach365 accepts no liability in the following situations:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
